[/quote] As people have said many, many times: title IX changes under DeVos mean that a student who is *accused* of and charged with sexual assault but not yet convicted has the right to attend school. LCPS had their hands tied by Title IX and it created a scenario where another student was groped. But it was Title IX that allowed him to stay in school as a matter of rights while an investigation was ongoing. [/quote] This. In this country, it is illegal to take school away from a kid. [/quote]
