Of course I don't believe it's lawsuit-worthy. People need to speak up for themselves, though. If they can't do that, they need to get HR to speak up for them.

And to the poster who says we should be free to talk about our lady parts in the office, here's notice that I don't want to hear about whether my male coworkers are circumcised, have warts, or it's kinked, either.[/quote]
