If you are elderly, lazy or gross you don't wax or shave it all off. Do better for your own self dignity and your partners leaving hair is unsanitary and unesthetic. Men also groom so it goes both ways. The gross 70s and 80s ended awhile ago
I’m 46 and do what most of the above do (trim every few weeks, shave or wax anything showing if I’m in a swim suit). When I was 12/1989, I distinctly remember an issue of Teen Magazine in my school library where a question was posed in the advice column from a young teen girl who asked if it was okay that her boyfriend asked her to shave everything off. The magazine responded that her boyfriend might be a pedophile and she should be very careful. Obviously times change, but that context is relevant to insane posts like the PP. Anyone who has as strong and inflexible feelings as the PP either has some serious body shame issues or a controlling SO.
