You should divorce but know he will get 50% custody s as Md don’t waste your money fighting that. Bring up the alcohol and make him swear not to drink and drive the kid. Wait till kid is six and then get a smartwatch for your kid and tell him not to get in the car with daddy if he’s been drinking and have him call mom instead.
