Just survive this trip and think about it at home when you are calm.

FWIW my kid ended up with ADHD and anxiety diagnoses. But therapy and medication (and maturity!) have helped so much. Today someone referred to her as “such an easy kid” and I nearly fell out of my chair. It’s always good to get professional help when you need it. Good luck![/quote]
