From your list, I’ve only been to Portugal, Morocco, Cuba, Peru/Machu Picu.

I’d consider Portugal if you’re into culture, history, nature, hiking, food. The Algarve coast is pretty spectacular. I was just there. If I had would hiked the Fisherman’s trail. Visit Lagos and Salema. Eat seafood. Listen to fado. Visit historical sights in Sintra, Lisbon.
