[/quote] I don't know anything about this divorce, but I agree that after a certain point the prenup should be nullified. Some healthy, young, childless woman has no idea what's ahead of her once she marries and has children. You just can't predict how to handle special needs children, health issues, quitting working to support the higher earner's career, who manages the bulk of household stuff, etc. until you experience it.
