I'm one of the PP's who liked this house, I have absolutely zero vested interest in the home.  Zero.  I'm not in the market for a home, I don't even live locally anymore - but I still follow RE trends in the area because I spent most of my life between Silver Spring and Bethesda and find DC area real estate interesting.  I also find it fascinating that on a forum dedicated to all things real estate, the minute someone posts a link to a home they are automatically called out as either the owner or the agent.  I would venture to guess that 9 times out of 10, it is just a person like me who is just interested in real estate trends and finds looking at homes as something fun to do.   [/quote]
