Without that, no FAPE requirement and no services. Even if they gave you services, most districts claim they only have to get your kid into the average range (around 30th percentile) regardless of how smart they are. So is your kid below the 30th percentile of ECs? If he regularly does soccer, he is probably “average.” See how much fun it is trying to get services? And how “easy” it is? [/quote]
