Just looked at the website and it doesn't specify you need to wear a skirt, just that your pants/skirt should come down to at least mid-thigh and that you shouldn't wear see-through clothing.

Why not just wear non-legging pants, or a pair of leggings with like a tunic length dress over it. The skirted leggings look weird to me and I don't understand why you are leaning that direction.[/quote]
