[/quote] Well, the only thing to do is to try if you want to get out of paying. There’s no legal recourse for you, if you are asking. It’s just that in your original post you said that you couldn’t go because “ our family member who will be watching our children is in the hospital”, which made it sound like childcare was the problem. Otherwise, you would have said that you couldn’t go because of a family member’s medical emergency. Spinning it that way has a higher chance of working. [/quote]
