That is actually exactly NOT how it works.

If OP actually had an Oakland offer, OP would not be asking here. There are closed groups that verify new members and reveal current members, so OP must be having a hard time. If you actually have an account/offer, you would ask questions in the closed groups, OP - not DCUM. [/quote]

My DC has an offer which includes a semester in Oakland. My understanding is there are closed groups on Facebook to discuss this program. But since I don’t use Facebook, I am not privy to what is discussed there. I did not post this question here on DCUM, but am following because I’m interested to hear how others would assess the offer.[/quote]
