So, for example, last night the kids saw me putting red pepper in the beans, and asked for some raw. Last night, one kid picked fish, beans and rice, cucumber, red peppers, mangos and tortilla chips. When they called mom at bedtime and reported that's what they ate, mom was upset because it wasn't balanced, and nothing was green enough. So, I thought I'd check with DCUM.
