If you touched my car or even tried to talk to me I would likely get out of my car and walk up to you with the goal of getting you arrested.  You can't tap people's cars or even gesture towards them -- where the hell did you grow up.  Not Boston or NY.  Just slow down and wait.[/quote]

I would cause the biker to hit me while I was running tape. Not that hard.  Anyone who commutes on a bike thinks they are the savior of the world and can be  goaded into striking first.
