I am curious whether you have enough self-awareness to realize that’s deviant of normal behavior, right? That’s highly unusual that going out of your way to not have Greek life would actually be a criterion. And yet you say it like you think it’s a virtue or something.

Do you remember the thread recently where people talked about their daughters being traumatized by the rush process?

My daughter is in recovery from anorexia and still struggles a bit with body dysmorphia. She doesn’t need a freshman hall full of girls who are rushing.

I wish your daughter the best. This is, however, an extreme anomaly.  Like the caase of an Iraq war veteran with PTSD due to explosives who much avoid any university with top Division 1 football program -- because they might shoot off fireworks as the players take the field or after the 1st touchdown.  Also legitimate. But let's not extrapolate the rare case as normative[/quote]
