NP. Frumin’s selling point was his experience. I think it was fair to believe that he wouldn’t need some sort of grace period. His behavior and performance since joining the Council has been what you’d expect of an inexperienced 20-something. However, because of his age, you cannot give him the presumption that he will grow, learn and change. So it’s much more likely that the Frumin we all see now will be the same 3 years from now. That should worry everyone. [/quote]
