They want to not have their driveways blocked, to not have cars going way above the speed limit as they whiz down 42nd street and let’s not forget they want GDS to keep its words for all pick ups and drop offs to be on campus. GDS families- you caused this [/quote]

No one is making assumptions. I live next to GDS and this has all been happening since the LS and MS moved. I don’t care about ppl driving down my street. I care when I can’t get out of my driveway multiple times a week because someone has parked in front of it “just to let their kid out”. Guess what, my kid is now late to school and I’m late to work. I too live there.  Never saw this though. Not a lot of driveways in our neighborhood. Are you talking about the alleys?

Anyhow, if someone’s parked in front of your driveway in the morning, snap a pic and the plates so the school can tell them, or tell them yourself. 
Could be a grandparent or parent or sitter. 
Dropping off line always looked super easy; I assume pick up lines take way longer. [/quote]
