At that meeting, they proposed police not enforce traffic laws at all. Instead, some other group would be set up just for that purpose.

The whole point is to decrease the possibility that people with existing warrants, ie already committed a crime, have interactions with police so that they can be caught and held accountable for their criminal conduct. [/quote]

For real? Is the rep that "VA don't play" still true? Hopefully somewhere in the DMV there is a will to have people with existing warrants be arrested. [/quote]
