Did discuss with the AART who firstly asked me outright if I had preppped my child and she  does not have the right to ask that, she did 1 project with them and they had to present to her and she said that my child did not give her the answers needed for that project, that although my child is above grade level in reading she is not in Maths which my child gets Gs for (so do you have to be above grade level in all subjects to be in the AAP?), she mentioned that my child is quite motivated but still gave her a 1 out f 4 for the scale, as for her creativity that they overlooked as we also made them aware of how creative she is at home which they obviously do not believe us , she is constantly making paper models of cubes shapes,crafts etc....(we sent these to the school) They also overlooked another presentation that my child talk in class and which her teacher told me was unbelievable, but still this low GBRS. Based on this description, I would try the WISC and see what happens, and then if she is still found ineligible, then hope you get a better teacher in grade 3 and parent refer next year.  You will have the opportunity to provide school-based work samples that way.[/quote]
