I have made more sophisticated dishes to see them left forlorn on the buffet table- a lot don’t translate well when they’re not piping hot- a problem with grazers. Even women seem to ease dietary restrictions during Superbowl, but you are always going to have your carrot sticks, pineapple spear and slice of cheese nibblers-regardless of what you make. Yes, these are gross generalizations about men and women. The Superbowl is no time for posh, cocktail bites.[/quote]
