I would have a salad for those (usually women) who really just want to have a big salad with a little protein, something crunchy and fresh.

WTF is up with the ham & cheese sliders? How is that even a thing? Is this the person who individually foil wraps them?

If you want to serve ham, you get a spiral ham, hawaiian rolls and a selection of fine mustards.

If you want a superbowl party, then yes to all the other things--dips, pizza, cheeseteaks, wings, nuggets, etc.

NP. There’s some hugely popular recipe for hot ham and cheese sliders on Hawaiian rolls that always pops up around Super Bowl time…I assume that’s what earlier PP is referring to.

Pizza
Wings - just order if you can afford to buy in large quantity
Chips salsa guacamole
Potato chips onion dip
Fruit
Sharp white cheddar and crackers
Brownies with vanilla ice cream

This just seems like the most basic boring Superbowl menu.

Sounds delicious to me! Why be so nasty? What gourmet delights are you making?

Most men and children won’t appreciate your fig/brie phyllo pastry bites. I have made more sophisticated dishes to see them left forlorn on the buffet table- a lot don’t translate well when they’re not piping hot- a problem with grazers. Even women seem to ease dietary restrictions during Superbowl, but you are always going to have your carrot sticks, pineapple spear and slice of cheese nibblers-regardless of what you make. Yes, these are gross generalizations about men and women. The Superbowl is no time for posh, cocktail bites.

Make a big tray of Mac n Cheese (homemade if you are into it or Stouffers is fine). Gear the rest of your menu to the adults.

I would cut one dip and add the chicken tenders.

It’s the Superbowl, so chill out and go back to your kale salad.

That is an awesome idea! What a shame you can't find a good hoagie around here!

Not for elementary kids

LOL. I grew up in Philly, and cheesesteaks are most definitely elementary kid food. They're practically a first food over there.
