Easy but slow going. The mushroom filling is very good but not mind blowing. The walnuts add a nice and needed texture. I feel like there's another texture missing but maybe that's what the puff pastry does for it. And making the filling in advance might help the favors come together a bit more. I opted against the sauce but do think now that it might need a gravy.[/quote]
