There are certainly sketchy parts of the city but there are also very nice parts of the city. Not unlike many places. Part of the allure is Lancaster/Palmdale was that it was the “affordable” part of LA County where people can get their McMansions for half the price as LA but still commute to LA or the valley. The more West you go in Lancaster towards the Mountains, the more upper class you get. Essentially, anyone zoned for Quartz Hill high. But yeah, meth is a problem. [/quote]
