Also, you're contemplating general anesthesia. Some people, without previous risk factors, do die from general anesthesia.  Is this a risk you and her father are comfortable taking?  I ask if the parents are comfortable, because you are the adults who will have to give medical consent, but also because teenagers, as a rule, never think the negative possibility will materialize.

Finally, OP, I am struck by your use of the word "corrected" in your original post.  That word implies that something is wrong with her current body state, and that it needs fixing.  It might be more healthful for everyone to focus more on just accepting that nobody's body is perfect, and that breasts, just like ears and noses, come in different shapes and sizes.[/quote]
