I agree with you and I’m pretty socially liberal. I simply don’t get this stuff. This self flagellating approach to tackling crime. As if it should be allowed because sold folks had it rough and so they’re owed this layer of protection when they cause violent crime. Honestly, legalize drugs. Legalize prostitution. But if you attack someone, I’m sorry but you need to be taken off the streets.

It’s the same thing with education. If it’s too hard, progressive liberals just want to lower the bar to let people pass. Where does it end? I hate Fox News. I think it’s comically lopsided toward right wing idiocy (they even dumb down the style of reporting to use less big words), but I can feel myself agreeing with the newspaper on these crime related stories. Whether it was that situation in Brooklyn where the ladies dog was killed and she had urine thrown on her. Or reading about Chesa Boudin and other progressive liberal das…where does all this “woke” nonsense lead? To a less safe, less well educated America.[/quote]
