[/quote] I mentioned it upthread and am reading it too. It’s written for someone who is already very physically active, but I think the ideas make sense and can be applied more broadly. I exercise 4-5 times a week but am not an endurance athlete, so some of the sample workout plans wouldn’t work for me, but I think they are adaptable.[/quote]
