They should be in regular contact with you.  If not, give them a call and find out the contact info for your key spouse.  This person is specially trained to act as a mentor and liason for spouses like you.

There are so many wonderful, free resources available through the bases; please look into this.  You are strong but no one can face a deployment by themselves. You need the base network, and other spouses who really understand.[/quote]
