How did you guys do?[/quote] I am doing very well at these initial goals although I could probably do better about carbs. I think I need to completely cut out chips; twice I’ve grabbed big handfuls and probably eaten 150-200 calories which undoes so much of the other hard work! I did well at meals though so I guess b- for the past week or so. Scale hasn’t moved much but slow and steady I guess! [/quote]
