I hated that f@cking thing. [/quote] But it's true. I used to be fat and I'd be eating a cookie and think, this isn't worth it, and still finish the whole thing, feeling sick and fat and gross. Yet I did it every day, just like most Americans do with food. I have a scale of 1-10 for hunger, 1 being starved and 10 needing to unbutton my pants. I try to stay between a 3 and 7, a 3 when I'm losing weight and it's before a meal, a 7 when I'm done with a meal. [/quote]
