I would think being so dependent on external validation would be a miserable way to live. Don't fool yourself..you have lots of fx left to give.

Yes, I ignore hunger cues and no, I am not starving. Occasionally, I am uncomfortable for about 10 minutes as my body sends me hunger cues, but I am in no danger of malnutrition or death.

Anonymous wrote:Because it allows me to have my pick of men. I don't spend an inordinate amount of time on these things, but I definitely am vigilant about my weight. I still eat my favorite foods, I just don't do it every day and in huge quantities. Also, I need to run for my mental health so that helps.
