There's a difference between content and motivated to go out and vote.   They've been fed a line for years about how Republicans and Democrats are both equally terrible and somehow bought it mostly out of lazinesss.

Now they see the reality because of Roe V Wade.  I suspect "these people" (condescending bulls---) may in fact be motivated and have gained a bit of clarity.[/quote]

But then can the rural Kansas vote be explained? I think it may have been a rallying cry that felt good, but in practice isn’t. Reminds me of how many people across social media say that they saw women protesting abortion one day only to get one the next. Then, they’d go right back again. [/quote]
