Middle indicates the middle of your adult life. So basically 20 years of childhood, then 60 years of adulthood split into 3 segments -- young adult, middle age, elderly. 20-40 is young adult, 40-60 is middle aged, 60 to 80 is elderly. Realistically ,everyone in my family lives past 90, though, so I don't know if I should adjust those numbers, because people don't really seem elderly to me until 70 or at least late 60s. I mean, would you look at Julia Louis Dreyfuss and Steve Carrell and say that they are "elderly"? No.[/quote] Let it go boomer, you're old[/quote]
