I'm 53, and have lost 18 lbs since early April. Doing low carbs, lot of meat, cheese, nuts, and salads. I run every morning on the trail 5 miles at least 5 days a week. I skip breakfast and don't eat lunch until after 1 pm and try to finish eating at night by 8:00 p.m. I hope to be at my high school weight in another 20 lbs. I started out mostly walking the 5 miles, but now I'm doing about a 13-minute mile average (mix of running, walking, and jogging). Best of luck![/quote]
