A similar idea - get a biggish teflon pan, spray with a bit of olive or coconut oil, and pan-toast till an appetizing color with smoked paprika and a little salt. Great as an alongside with grilled anything, or as PPs have said with Indian, Thai etc. Getting much of the water out improves the texture IMO. [/quote]
