Usually, I heat it in the microwave for a minute so it’s not frozen solid, and add it on top of the rice, when I add the rice to water. Bring all to boil and then cook normally, sometimes add a few more minutes to cooking time. I also add a bit more salt than I would if I wasn’t adding cauliflower. When rice is done, mix it up so it’s mixed with the rice.[/quote]
