I have sadly lost many friends from my youth (many in their teens, 20s, and 30s - for reasons like drunk driver, cancer, heart attack, substance abuse, freak accident). I don't know what my future holds, but every day I'm on this earth is a good one for me. A couple of years ago, when I turned 50, I splurged on a bunch of silly and fun stuff that made ME happy.

So my public expectation / ranking is about a 1. my personal / emotional ranking is more like an 8+. Like I said, I've gone to way too many funerals. If you haven't had to do this, then consider yourself lucky.[/quote]
