I grew up overseas and came to DC for a wedding in 1990 (i would have never guessed i would have moved to the US and DC ten years later). my friends lived in Arlington and picked me up at National Airport. we drove around and i noticed these major roads, Jefferson Davis Highway, Lee Highway and remember being very puzzled. i remember thinking that I thoght these guys were on the wrond side, wheren't they? I just could not believe they had major roads dedicated to them. you dont really see Mussolini boulevard in Milan after all.  I still remember by jaw dropping :) [/quote]

Yes this stuff has to go no matter the cost and people who don't get it should go too.
