Yes, by all means the victims and their families should be hauled into court to testify. Any defense attorney would make short work of any one of them. She claims self defense against an out of control nonverbal child, holds up a child’s history of erratic behavior or violence, and she walks. Not saying it’s right, but it’s true. [/quote]
Did you even read what was depicted on the videos? Dragging a wheelchair bound child out of their chair and throwing them to the floor, force feeding kids until they choke?! You don’t need to call the kids or their family members as witnesses, it was on video!!! There is not a chance they walk with a competent prosecutor trying the case, which Fairfax County now has few of. [/quote]
