The statement that the outcome would the same if they went to trial is BS, they were charged with felonies and would have gone to prison. I haven’t prosecuted a case in several years but give me the video and the witnesses from the school, and I’ll put this case up to a jury any day. Descano needs to go the way of Chesa Boudin. This is completely disgraceful.

Yes, by all means the victims and their families should be hauled into court to testify. Any defense attorney would make short work of any one of them. She claims self defense against an out of control nonverbal child, holds up a child’s history of erratic behavior or violence, and she walks. Not saying it’s right, but it’s true.

Instead Descano supports no cash bail, as has been passed into law in a few places.
This is true
Bondsmen in Fairfax are being ruined by Descano. I don’t imagine the crowd reading posts on this web site will cry many tears for bondsmen and their businesses, but they do occupy a lot of commercial real estate in Fairfax. If they go belly up, there will be a lot of empty storefronts near the court complex in Old Town Fairfax
Arrestees are now mostly released with a summons. Many of them then blow off their court date, get in more trouble, and have a warrant for Fail to Appear in addition to whatever new crimes they commit
And for those worried about overcrowding, that is a laugh. Thanks to these new prosecutors, jail populations in the DC area are quite low these days

Get rid of him.

Ah yes Heritage. Very unbiased source you got there PP.
I guess you also think WaPo is a hotbed of rightwing extremism too, eh?
Go away.

They are busy in Congress now trying to eliminate the 10K limit on SALT tax deduction that Trump passed.

It's all noise that mostly cancels each other out, except that the right supports the policies that allow people like Soros and the Koch brothers to accumulate large, lightly taxed fortunes, so there's that.
"Except the right"
Lol. Keep.deluding yourself
