Yes, by all means the victims and their families should be hauled into court to testify. Any defense attorney would make short work of any one of them. She claims self defense against an out of control nonverbal child, holds up a child’s history of erratic behavior or violence, and she walks. Not saying it’s right, but it’s true. [/quote]

That assumes there is a documented history of violence on the part of these children and ignores the fact that another aid apparently videotaped the two women being abusive.

Descano is an insipid wimp like Boudin and should get tossed.  He's done nothing to make the county a better place to live and is as partisan as they come. [/quote]
