The problem with Riemer is he’s a liar and doesn’t stand for anything (except for subsidies for companies). Just yesterday he put up no fight and voted to scale back the new Silver Spring plan. Had this not been an election year, he definitely would have voted differently. [/quote]

Riemer took Rales money to give them a sewer exception and then to reduce his annual property tax bill from about $450k to $70k, which resulted in thr billionaire getting a tax refund from the county of over $370k.

This is probably the most insane thing about Riemer, that he’s also just so incompetently corrupt. How can he be bought so obviously cheaply? Rales probably, and rightfully, identified him as a mark and Berliner and Leggett took all the cash and made Riemer the patsy.

The reason for his lack of political friends and endorsements certainly becomes clearer and clearer. Doesn’t seem to be well respected or trusted by anyone and I think we all know why. [/quote]
