Stop sharing personal info. My workplace has essentially told everyone that going forward, we should not come in if sick with anything. Work remotely if you feel up to it, otherwise take sick leave. But do not under any circumstances come in sick. Given that we worked for 1.5 years completely remote and the sky didn’t fall down, I’d say this policy is the correct one. (Of Course this doesn’t apply to jobs where the workers physical presence is necessary)[/quote]
