Because what she is proposing is literally socialism. Republicans call a lot less socialism like I don't know affordable health care.....
Despite the fact that we already have socialist institutions like education, fire departments, etc. You know we all pay for things that everyone benefits from. 
But heaven forbid someone not make enough money. We need to privatize all of that now and take money away from those institutions[/quote]
