When you surround yourself with people who have the right expertise, they make you look good. When you hire people because you think they'll be loyal to you, or at least not make trouble, you don't help yourself. I'm as concerned about the good people who are leaving for neighboring counties. Instead of saying 'don't let the door hit you on the way out' to people who aren't blindly loyal, she should be trying to retain the talented professionals we've got.[/quote]
