There was a line out the door AND a huge line for pickup. A kid came out and was like if you have a pickup order its going to be 30-45 minutes or you can get in line and we will cancel your pickup order but you have to pay. A lot of pickups were for delivery so that wasnt an option for them. I had my 3 year old with me and it was dinnertime so I went up to him after and said I would like to cancel my order. He got the manager who took down my name and sat there on the computer saying he refunded it but it would take 7-10 days. I called twice after that and no refund. A year later and no refund. Emailed corporate and no response. We do not use app orders anymore for Chipotle. CFA has no issues and neither does MOD but Chipotle always seems to have issues, including with completing orders correctly. [/quote]
