A few days ago I ordered a papa johns pizza that looked like it had been made by a drug addict. I called the store and the manager personally brought me a new replacement pizza and coupon for a free pizza

It's a shame you're an adult without any manners. Not something to be proud of.

I can top that. I ordered thru the app and only given a bowl of chicken and nothing else. They were dumb to assume that's all I ordered

I can not eat anything covered in runny sour cream; the smell makes me gag. I did an online complaint thing and it shot back a coupon for a buy one get one free. That is certainly not worth $16, right. Would you just forget it or put additional effort into getting a refund? The website seems like it's all A.I. and I am not driving across town to wait in line and complain.

Last year I ordered on the app for pickup. Was 15 minutes after the stated time. There was a line out the door AND a huge line for pickup. A kid came out and was like if you have a pickup order its going to be 30-45 minutes or you can get in line and we will cancel your pickup order but you have to pay. A lot of pickups were for delivery so that wasnt an option for them. I had my 3 year old with me and it was dinnertime so I went up to him after and said I would like to cancel my order. He got the manager who took down my name and sat there on the computer saying he refunded it but it would take 7-10 days. I called twice after that and no refund.

A year later and no refund. Emailed corporate and no response.

We do not use app orders anymore for Chipotle. CFA has no issues and neither does MOD but Chipotle always seems to have issues, including with completing orders correctly.

I got a quesadilla in March from Navy Yard Chipotle and they didn't include the guac, which was a $2 upcharge. I also contacted them to refund the $2 online as this is not the first time they have done this as this particular location, and they tooo just sent me a BOGO that expired in one month. Then they randomly copied me on an email to the store today saying that this was feedback from their customer who doesn't want to be contacted (??) and it was my online convo with the bot. I asked if they could just reimburse me for the guac, still waiting . .. .

There is a way to contact management on its website. You upload your receipt. I have always received a credit from this process.

I always check that my order is correct when I order online. I’ve had many order that were messed up.

I'd be too lazy to escalate this complaint, but I would definitely check my order before leaving the store next time!

That's not her job, that's those people behind the counter

Cool. Well, you can die on the "not my job" hill, or you can have correct food to eat.

So you in the camp of "it's cool to not get what you pay for"

I see Gen Z has entered the chat.

How did you get that from the previous comment?

Of course it's not your job to check. But would you rather check and be able to get the correct food, or not, and risk the wrong order?

BTW, "it's not my job" is a very millennial attitude. Would checking interfere with your quality of life?

You could post on their social media sites to get a refund And, you can chalk it up to karma. There was an article in the NYT today about how meat eaters are ruining the Amazon forests. Try eating vegetables instead not garbage from Chipotle.

I wouldn’t even have put the amount of effort into this that you already have, writing this long thing. Let it go!

+1. Low effort for good results.

Anonymous wrote:Yeah, for what's barely taco bell quality food. Yikes.

Taco Bell does not offer anything anywhere in the same league as Chipotle's shredded beef barbacoa, fresh guacamole, corn salsa, and sauteed fajita veggies. Chipotle is good because they turn over the ingredients so frequently, so you're always likely to get fresh items. However, ordering on the app is hit or miss.

As for $16+, it's easy to do it you go double meat and add guac. My boys are in college and they will sometimes get triple meat, so $20 a bowl! That said, you don't have to tip, so it's not so bad. And better to load up on lean protein than eat a $20 greasy pizza, sub sandwich, or cheeseburgers.
