The Langley boundary could be expanded without creating an attendance island to include this area. Langley has a larger capacity but fewer students than Marshall, and there are already more kids at Kilmer than Cooper. Langley was expanded to almost 2400 seats so it could supposedly accommodate part of Tysons. This is a place to start. [/quote]
