Yes, sometimes I make homemade banana or apple muffins on the weekends, but not that often. Usually, don't find time on weekends so will do store bought mini muffins. If I have the homemade kind, I also will eat them and freeze the leftovers. I'm not too worried about what my kids eat though and one is a very difficult eater (also with sensory issues).

Finding time to bake on weekends is tough though depending on what's going on and getting through other errands/activities/cleaning/yardwork, etc. When daycare years are done for my youngest, I will be able to go back to using a house cleaner periodically and that will be a huge help.[/quote]
