Come on, they know that Americans are woefully incapable of fact-checking. The line in that camp is that Biden is inadequate as a leader and they'll throw out anything to show that this is true, even untruths.[/quote]

1. The aid is already starting to arrive.
2. American media are the best funded in the world and therefore the best fact-checkers. It takes money to fact-check. I say this as a European, who wishes their country's media was as independent and resourceful.
