I mean - it sucks - I feel like we never get a break. I got vaccinated and had about two months of feeling good about it - then delta. Then my kids got vaccinated - then Omicron. They all are fully vaxxed and got omicron (mild to no symptoms). So I'm going to have a little time to feel relaxed here. But basically I feel like if we can't be vaccinated and not get it - then there's nothing else I can do because I'm not willing to stay home any more, so it is what it is.
This is the break right now. Take advantage of it. Go out.
Exactly. I felt like we didn't great a break between getting our elementary kids vaccinated and Omicron hitting, so you're damn right I'm taking this break now, while I can. My family is lucky that none of us are immunocomprised, nor do we have high risk conditions. We're all vaxxed/boosted. Numbers here (especially in MoCo, where we live) are low, so what else would we be waiting for?
